All gifts are accepted as unrestricted unless received by contractual agreement to the corporation and may be directed by the Board of Directors to a donors identified specific cause or fund. All income shall go into the general fund of the corporation unless otherwise directed by the Board of Directors and shall be used in accordance with the general purposes of the corporation. A Fee schedule may be established by the Board of Directors and may be assessed to all gifts or any fund balances for general management and operations of the Foundation. It is the intent of the Board of Directors not to invade the principle balance of any funds held in long term growth accounts, and it may utilize only 80% of the previous years growth for programs. If not used the 80% or remaining amount will become principle at the end of the accounting year. The Board of Directors may at its discretion establish a minimum net asset level to be achieved before any additional Grants or Gifts may be disbursed.
